Description
You can take to the seas with no previous experience or use any RYA qualifications you already hold to progress further through the professional Royal Yachting Association training system. Depending upon qualifications already gained and what you wish to get out of your sailing experience, there is a location/programme tailor made for you. Enjoy the gorgeous sailing scene and historical sites around the non tidal waters of the Mediterranean, gaining RYA qualifications as you go or rocket further up the RYA ladder and take to the tidal waters around the Cornish Coastline and Channel Islands to gain the RYA Certificate of Yachtmaster Offshore.

Starting form scratch you could reach Coastal Skipper status within 4-5 weeks. The Coastal Skipper qualification enables you to gain paid employment by undertaking the duties of Skipper or First Mate. The Coastal Skipper certificate also gets you well on the way to RYA Yachtmaster Offshore, which is a highly regarded qualification around the world.

Location
Sail around the Med from Gocek (Turkey), or around Brittany, The Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands from our Cornish Sailing base in Falmouth.

You must be in good general health.
